The problem

Concrete is not just a carbon problem.
It is a materials crisis.

The construction industry faces three structural failures that incremental improvements cannot solve. Neom Stone® was built to address all three.

01
Emissions

Cement accounts for approximately 8% of global CO₂ emissions — more than all aviation combined. Yet emissions are only the surface of the problem.

~8% of global CO₂
02
Resource scarcity

Construction sand is the second most consumed resource on Earth. Extraction now exceeds the planet's renewal capacity. Desert sand — abundant across the Gulf region — is unusable for conventional concrete.

50B tons/year consumed
03
End of life

Modern construction materials are designed for a single life. Less than 5% of concrete is meaningfully recycled. The rest becomes landfill. Construction is a linear system in a world that needs circularity.

<5% recycled

The material

Not improved concrete. A different material entirely.

Neom Stone® is an engineered stone built from natural mineral inputs — shaped like clay, hardened through controlled heat, and behaving like natural stone. It does not extend the cement-based system. It replaces it.

The material can be cast, pressed, or 3D printed — applicable across structural and non-structural construction, from infrastructure to architectural surfaces.

No cement. No industrial waste binders.

Operates entirely outside the cement-based paradigm. Uses only natural mineral inputs — no fly ash, no slag, no geopolymeric binders.

Desert sand as a viable input

Fine-grained desert sand — unusable for conventional concrete — is a viable mineral input for Neom Stone®. Directly relevant to Gulf-region production and resource strategy.

100% recyclable back into itself

The material has a known, safe composition and can be fully returned to the production cycle — maintaining performance without hazardous residues.

Cast, pressed, or 3D printed

Manufacturing flexibility allows application across a wide range of construction contexts — from precast infrastructure to precision architectural components.

Applications

Where Neom Stone® performs.

Designed for industrial deployment across structural and non-structural construction contexts — adaptable to regional production requirements and manufacturing scale.

Infrastructure Elements

Precast structural components, load-bearing elements, and civil construction units — produced with controlled manufacturing processes at industrial scale. Compatible with established precast infrastructure.

PRECAST · $214B by 2034
Masonry and Walling

Structural and non-structural blocks, wall systems, and masonry units — replacing conventional cement-based bricks and CMU with a material that is locally producible and fully recyclable.

BRICKS & BLOCKS · $580B by 2034
Surface and Facade

Interior and exterior surface tiles, facade panels, and cladding systems — delivering stone-like performance and aesthetics without the resource intensity of quarrying.

CERAMIC TILES · $498B by 2034
Architectural Stone

Decorative and functional stone elements for landscape, urban design, and premium architectural applications — locally manufacturable from regional mineral inputs including desert sand.

NATURAL STONE · $56B by 2034
